Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied and LOVE your purchase!
- We offer exchanges or store credit within 14 days of receipt of purchase. We do not provide refunds.
- Store credits may be used towards purchases on susanbellajewelry.com or in-store.
- All returns and exchanges require approval. Approved exchanges are accepted for items purchased on susanbellajewelry.com or in-store transaction. We do not refund for the cost of shipping, unless we have sent an item in error.
- Unaccepted Returns will be returned to client, at client's expense.
- To protect our jewelry and your return package, we will issue you a Return Label to make sure each package is insured properly for its value. Items for exchange will be inspected for wear before credit is given. Merchandise should be returned in its original condition with the original Susan Bella Jewelry packaging and attached tag where applicable.
- Engraved or altered, custom, and personalized products are FINAL SALE and cannot be exchanged or returned for store credit.
- All Clearance items are FINAL SALE.
- All non-jewelry, accessory items are FINAL SALE.
- Gift Card purchases cannot be refunded.
- Merchandise showing signs of wear, resizing, or damage in any way will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.
Susan Bella Jewelry reserves the right to refuse an exchange of any purchase made that does not meet the above requirements.
Instructions for Exchanges:
- Put your jewelry in a shipping box along with your exchange form, which will be emailed to you. Jewelry must be returned in the original packaging.
- Attach your pre-paid label to the shipping box.
- Bring your packaged box to a UPS or FedEx, depending on the label provided.
- For domestic exchanges you will be charged shipping on your new order if it is under $500.
